This and that.

Calvin Harris spinning some wicked tunes.
Bless look at his little I am proud of myself face.

I hope this post doesn't bore you lovely lot. Just a bit of this and that from the last week and a bit. Went to New york last week had a fun little trip with two wonderful chicas. First time I had flown with these girls we worked together on the upper deck and had the best flight. I sometimes forget how great my job is, it's not going to make me a million but I do have fun. Wanted to avoid the shops as I had bought too much last time. We went to the library, grand central station walked down fifth and then got a yummy salad and ate it outside of the New York Palace hotel. Do you gals watch Gossip girl??? it's where Serena van der Woodson lives.

On the weekend the hubster done the run to the beat half marathon. I was very very proud of him he done really well. I wish I had trained for it. The atmosphere was fab, Calvin Harris was there doing his ting. There was music stations all around the route to keep the runners motivated. The sun was shining too which was a bonus.

It was date night last night, we went for a turkish meal which was yum diddly yum yum. We sat outside it was lovely and warm loving this weather to the max, thinking of Winter gives me major sad face I am dreading it.

Hello and thank you to my new followers. I am looking forward to getting to know you and having blog comment banter with you all.

The perfect red jumper I have found you x

The search is over.... I have found the one......I have been obsessing over red jumpers since last winter, so a life time really. I fell in love with this one from Zara check it out but unlucky for me they only have a million size M's I tried it on in store and it was mahousive sad face.
I was pleasantly surprised when I seen this jumper in New look for only £22.99 buy here. It floats my red jumper boat so I am happy.
I think my new skirt is going to be the star of the show for a while. Its so easy to chuck on, it goes with so much and I love it so apologies in advance.

Nightie night xoxo

What a lovely Sunday I had poppets (apart from the parking ticket the nice man gave us arghhhh) I hope you all did too. The sun was shining in London so we got up early and head down to the flower market had a yummy scrummy sausage and egg buttie at luxe spitalfields. Spent the morning mooching around Brick lane my fav place ever. Didn't purchase anything apart from a very expensive pay and display lol!!   Today brought back a trait in me I would love to change... I am actually very shy. My family, friends, hubster and work colleagues would disagree to the max on this one. The reason I say this is because I was approached by the lovely chap who has the blog the styleograph. He was so sweet and said he loved my style could he take a picture. Well of course that would be nice, or not? I am a disaster I cannot pose or not pose for shit!! I am incredibly shy when it comes to things like this. I'm not shy meeting new people or anything like that it's just when it comes to stuff like this, also at work when I have to do my exams we have to do scenarios, act things out and I just hate it so much. As you must see from my own blog same old pose I hate even posing in front of my hp (handsome pants hubbie that is) and if anyone walks by omg I am mortified pathetic ey! Well the picture was crap of me even with his super duper camera and super duper photographer skills.. and he had lots believe me his other pictures AMAZING. I am 100% he won't be using my picture on his blog but he has a fab blog so take a little peek.

Do you like my dress or should I say nightie, I bought it from River Island in the sale £8. It is totally sheer but I put some leggings underneath and hey presto. Half naked but the gloves make up for it he he...

XOXO

Dotty over you xoxo

Hello beautiful people xxxx I am so sorry I have been a bit MIA. I have been so busy doing this and that. I went up north to see all my family and friends for a few days then I went to Nairobi. September has been my standby month which means I am not allocated flights ( I am senior cabin crew for those of you that are wondering what she on about). I was on standby the other weekend I was so chuffed as work hadn't called me on the Saturday.  I was a tad sad face when they called me for a trip to Nairobi while I was tucking into me Sunday lunch. My next trip is on Wednesday to New york city I have been called in advance so thats good.
The hubster and I have decided not to treat ourselves to a lovely holiday boooooooo!!!! So the boy has taken a few week days off. I have been dragging him to my fav haunts. It was Camden on Friday a bribe of a hot waffle with nutella from one of the stallls always helps.
Anyway I have not forgotten that I promised a give away!! I just haven't got around to it yet obvi....!plus I am not sure what to give away.

Bought this fab pleated skirt from Tkmaxx for the bargain price of £14. My blouse is from H+M you guys have see it before in a past post. Do you intelligent fashionistas Know how to link back to an old post in a new post???

Feeling blue

Hello poppets how are you all? I hope you all had a fab bank holiday weekend.
Thank you all for your lovely comments they are always much appreciated. Hello and welcome to my new followers very good to have you.

This dress is ancient but I still like it lots, I have been Ebaying some of my stuff and this saved the chop. It was kind of chilly this weekend and I think its nearly time to cover up the chicken legs, bye bye bare legs. Thanks England for the fantastic Summer!

I am well happy with my new little booties from good old H&M. They were only £14.99, cheap as chips thought it would be rude not too. They have some great hats at the moment but unfortunately I seem to have a rather small head and need a Small size but they seem to be hard to come by only ever Ms or Ls booooooo! I know it doesn't look small but honestly it is (only stores a little bit of grey matter)!

Blue belle xoxo

I am muchos happy with this little bargain, I bought this dress in the Miss Selfridge sale. Not a shop I go in much, but when I was up north I went in with my mum and she picked this for herself. She is 52 and a very stylish lady, my friends always see her and ring me up to say how great she looks. She teamed her dress with jeans and a chunky knit cardigan. Anyway it was only £12 and I thought it would take me through to autumn/winter. I will wear it with some 70's style chunky boots or maybe the foxy woods that I have been thinking about getting for what seems like a lifetime, wooly tights a floppy hat and a fur gilet. I have been quite sad that Summer has been a wash out but now I am getting quite excited for a new wardrobe. I have my little Autumn/Winter folder and lots of magazine cut outs of looks I like and my winter wish list (more like Need and Want asap list) Ha.

Cream cake

I love this little boho dress, poor sausage was hidden in narnia (back of the wardrobe) all forgotten about. Another sale bargain, this lone ranger was on a rail surrounded by cowboys waiting to be rescued. Its totally sheer so a slip and shorts are a must. Im a bit paranoid and have to wear shorts under all my dresses even the ones that aren't too short. Reason being, last Summer my mother in law was in hospital we went to visit her and long story short. We were in the shop getting treats and as usual I was taking donkeys deciding on what crisps to have, (long story stays long) shall I be calorie conscious and go for the skips or go all the way and get the walkers bad boys my fav!! Anyway there was a hospital security man behind me, I didn't take much notice but then when I turned around he was crouching down. He had his phone between my legs and had taken a picture!!! How fooked up is that!! Well my hubster went mental and started chasing him around the hospital very embarrassing. They investigated the situation he had deleted all the photos but he was suspended. I mean if he done that to me in a crowded shop what would he do to helpless patients what a creep.

Look at my little chip legs they look like little girls legs today. I used to get picked on at school, people would say watch your legs don't snap. I used to wear 2 pairs of tights in winter and slouch socks to make my chips look bigger bless.

Fringed

I thought it was about time I showcased one of my most favourite items. I bought this fringed delight from Topshop. I had seen it in their mag 214 and on a poster in store back in March I think. Well wasn't I just like a crazy lady on a mission to get hold of it. I stalked the poor girls in the oxford street store . I looked on line everyday for months, then low and behold... add to bag £50!! yes please. It sold out in hours so I was made up.

Anyway sorry for babbling on, I just love my fringed kimono so very much.
